From our first phone call inquiring about an RV everyone was professional, cheerful and helpful. Skip was always available to answer our questions and even provided us his private phone# in case we had questions/problems while using the RV. Tom was extremely infomative when going over all the RV options and how to work everything. I would be comfortable referring friends and family to Smith RV because of Skip and Tom. Will rent from Skip next year!

I gave them 1 star because ZERO stars was not an option. Deceptive and dishonest. Will not be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience when I went into Smith RV and Marine. The staff was friendly and they helped me find the perfect trailer for my needs. I've always been an outdoorsy person and Craig knew exactly what I would and wouldn't need on my trailer and he helped me stay within my budget. Working with everyone from finance to those in service and parts was a pleasure, they knew how to help me and didn't mind my questions. I will definitely go back to Smith RV for future purchases.

I went to look at trailers with my sister and when we walked up the men didn't even bother to get up out of their seats. I told them I wanted to look at a small trailer I saw from the road and they waved me over to a gate. I went through and looked at the trailer - no one came to help - there was not price - the men just sat in their chairs and watched us. I was going to purchase a trailer that night (if I liked it) and pay cash. A couple came up and they jumped up - got in their little cart and took the couple around. Obviously lone women buying are not welcome at Smiths RV. I will inform my single friends.
