Would not recommend him for anything. Absolutely the worst attorney there is. Hired him for some charges and he didn't even look at the evidence. He said he knew it wouldn't go over $1500. Ended up having to pay him an extra $600. Never received a detailed bill for extra expenses. Called multiple times regarding it and they can't get the system fixed. Never called to have communication sent letters and email to raise the bill. If your looking for an attorney look somewhere else.

I had no prior experience with attorneys. I was nervous and apprehensive going in to my first appointment with Attorney Kohler. He put me at ease and listened to my concerns. He answered my questions. In the end I did not need to hire the services of an attorney. Mr. Kohler's initial consultation was free. If I ever need the services of an attorney in the future, I will probably see Mr. Kohler first to see if he could handle my case.

We had decided to file bankruptcy, which we did not want to do. Mr. Kohler suggested that before filing bankruptcy we should try to negotiate with our creditors. It took a few months, but Attorney Kohler eventually was successful in getting the majority of our creditors to accept substantially discounted lump sum settlements. Using our tax refunds and a little help from family we were able to satisfy our debts and avoid filing bankruptcy. We were grateful for his help.

He did a good job me. I would recomend him to family and friends.

Mr. Kohler handled an automobile accident case for me and my 3 daughters. In the end he was able to obtain a satisfactory settlement without having to go to a trial. He kept informed during the process and promptly returned my calls. I would use his services again if needed.

Did what I paid him do. Got what I paid for.

He helped my family get through some tough financial problems without filing a bankruptcy. He worked with our creditors to get substantial discounts and set up feasible repayment plans.

Jay Kohler did a wonderful job in helping me with a recent difficult legal and financial situation. He was always respectful, quickly understood my situation in great detail, and was efficient and effective in his work on my behalf. I recommend him enthusiastically, gratefully and without hesitation.

Mr. Hart was great in the beginning. BUT as soon as things began to get deeper into my case and fees started to increase, he stopped responding to my questions. I email the office several times and do not receive a reply. I am in the middle of a custody case and something that seemed very simple in the beginning has become more complicated and it seems I no longer have an attorney in my corner on my side until my bill is at a zero balance that is. Just doesn't seem fair at all.

Steven Hart is a careless evil man that will burn a life down. Non ethical. Money grubbing. A liar. A Terrible Man Who will LIE CHEAT and whatever else he can do to DESTROY the LIVES OF CHILDREN AND THE TRUTH... Is not afraid to defend PEDAFILES. And this "review" site is not allowing me to type an accurate review title. Not surprised!

If I could, I would give no stars! Stephen Hart, in my opinion, is a typical 'lawyer'. He did not address all of the options that I had for my divorce, but instead played a cat and mouse game with my exes lawyers. He was accepting my payments on the account and then as soon as my divorce was final, he sent me a letter saying if I did not pay the remainder of my account within 10 days he was suing me! I ended up having to apply for child support myself, (he assured me it was done but upon contacting CSS I found out it was not) and had to pay over $200 for him to draft a 2 paragraph letter to my exe's lawyers! I would never work with Stephen Hart again and would caution anyone else against doing so!

I gave Jay Kohler the biggest case in history.His firm has moved heven and earth for me.Yet now I need him more than ever.His firm is top of the line.Sincerly Dave
