Jeff Sheppard is a sham and should be shut down. Please do not ever do business with shop. He replaced my tranny with a used one and would not stand behind the warranty or anything that he said. He not only destroyed other parts by replacing my transmission but also sold a transmission that was not his to sell. He took me for over $3000. Be ware of what this guy says and what he can do!!!! I would never recommend this shop to anyone for a tune up or repair. He says he is qualified even after I explained how complicated my case was. He sure got his pay check and I will get mine in small claims court.

I have personally done business with Jeff Sheppard, owner of Eagle Rock Transmission and Auto Repair, and I have found him to be a businessman of the highest degree of integrity. If he tells you he can do something, he can. If he tells you he will do something, he will. When I need work done on my car, he is the first person to call. This place is a RIP OFF! He installed a new transfer case in my truck and forgot to put oil in it. He didn't warantee it or take any responsibility. I am currently suing. DON'T GO HERE!
