HealthBack Home Health provides home based health care and personal services. Based in Central Intake, the health care center provides an array of services in the categories of skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy, to name a few. Additionally, HealthBack Home Health provides help in the form of medical social worker, home health aide, sitter/companion and personal care aide. Other home care services offered include pediatric nursing, psychiatric nursing, obstetric nursing and infusion therapy nursing.
