Ive had some good stylists there, but they refuse to make appointments on Saturdays....that is the only day I can go, and I have many other errands to get done as well. I don't have time to walk in and find out three people are ahead of me and to come back later. This is so disloyal to a loyal customer. Ive wasted time and gas going and leaving because they refuse to be more professional.. I give up on hair cuttery!!!

Went to get a wash, blow-dry, and flat iron at Hair Cuttery Friday the 8th. The girl who did my hair was very nice, but I was surprised at the way in which she combed and blow-dried my hair. She used a very fine comb on my thick curls and complained when it didn't go through the ends. To blow-dry, she just left my hair down and held the blow-dryer up to my head. Not what you usually get when you pay for a blow-out at a salon… I was quoted a price of $27 on the phone, too, but when I got to the register it was 39… With a tip I spent almost 50 dollars. This is the price I pay in regular salon. I thought I'd be getting a deal going to Hair Cuttery. Guess not. The customers in the salon at the time were also very rude, which made it an unpleasant experience. Not again!

I had an appointment with Allison for color, and she pushed me off to someone else. When I complained, Mitsy told me to get out of her chair and ripped my cape off!!!

This is the worst haircut I have ever received. The woman who cut my hair (Abby) did not listen to my request and cut my hair way shorter than I wanted. Additionally, it was patchy and uneven. I ended up going to another place to try and fix it and the other stylist was appalled by the haircut I received at Hair Cuttery. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience here and would not recommend it to anyone!
