Not to long ago I found myself in a situation in which I felt there was absolutely no help. I was pulled over and was arrested on a driving while suspended. Because I had other previous driving infractions I was also considered a habitual offender resulting tn my license being revoked for 3 years. I felt hopeless and that there wasn't anyway possible to get my license back. After doing research online I ran across an advertisement for a drivers license attorney and I figured what did I have to loose. I hired Mr Oswalt to work on my Drivers License. I was revoked until 11/15 under the Habitual Driving Statute. I hire other attorneys who said they could help me and then said there was nothing they could do. Mr Oswald took my case in Oct 2013 and by November he had my revocation reducted by 18 months so I am able to reinstate in June of 2013. I would reccomend Mr. Oswald to anyone that is in this situation. He really knows the Kansas Driving Statutes and will work hard to do anything possible to get your license reinstated.

I hired a local attorney here in Kansas city to assist me on my new driving while suspended Charge I was already being revoked under the habitual driving statute for three years and my kc attorney told me I would get 5 days in jail on this new charge and would lose my license for another 3 years because of this new conviction. Let me start by saying I truly believe this man is an angel sent from heaven to rescue lost souls like myself. In Kansas, if you incur 3 Driving While Suspended convictions in a 2-yr period, the state will automatically revoke your Driver's License for 3 years. When I placed my initial call to Mr. Oswalt, I had already pled guilty to 1 charge and was facing 3 more possible convictions on the same charge of Driving While Suspended. Each conviction alone carries a mandatory 90-day license suspension. Long story short... Mr. Oswalt went to court and amended my 3 remaining violations down to a lesser charge of Driving Without a License. I paid the subsequent fees and can drive today with a valid license. How much is your license worth to you? How inconvenient would your life become if you could not legally drive for THREE years? I got 4 Driving While Suspended violations handed to me in 1 year and only lost my license for 90 days. If that's not a miracle, I don't know what is.

I was already labeled a habitual violator when I was charged with my second driving while suspended. After consulting with Mr. Oswalt he informed me that he could possibly get my charge amended and get my license back in the process. I was skeptical, I didn't think there was anyway he could get my license back before my suspension was up. But after what seemed like no time at all he did exactly that! 6 Stars. Richard was able to get my license unrevoked and reinstated, thus saving my career in which I need to drive 90% of the time. When I moved to KS, to my surprise, my car insurance did not offer coverage in KS. I received 2 tickets on my record for no liability insurance. While trying to fix these, I was trying to register my car in KS, I then received the third violation. I went through the courts and paid my fines, not knowing what a Habitual Violator was. 6 months later while on the road for work, I was given a warning about a license plate holder...the officer told me my license was revoked. I received no notice. I immediately hired a referred attorney in Wichita. She demanded money up front with guaranteed results. After payment, she did nothing for 8 months.
