Worst customer service EVER!!! Bought an awning through BJ's. It was installed per their directions, no problem. A few days after install using awning to block sun and not knowing the the awning is suppose to be taught, a slight breeze came by and practically ripped it off the house and bent the lateral arm.Contacted them immediately and sent pics. Have not responded since and will not give me any answer on a replacement. Check the BBB(I should have) their rating is F. Spend your money somewhere else and get a better service.

Hi quality affordable awnings that withstood level 3 hurricane. Only thing still in tact on our house after the hurricane. We purchased them from Lowes, assembled and installed them in about 1 hour. There were about 40 different solid and stripe choices. Also really great customer service awntech.com
