I took a group of out of town guests to the theatre at Bridgestreet, then took them to the Chocolate Crocodile for I was appalled by the treatment of my guests by the sales personnel. One of my guests was taking snapshots of each other as people do on vacation, when one of the sales reps began to interrogate my guest as to the purpose of the photos...(spy phobia);then when the response was that they were here for dad's 80'th birthday,again the buffoon of a sales rep blurted out that my guest didn't look 80! How insulting to tell someone that - assuming he was approximately 40 years older.Needless to say, I left my merchandise on the counter, and decided not to order the candy.I am beyond disgusted!As far as I am concerned, you can have a nice presentation,and a decent product, but if you don't know how to treat your customers, my prediction is that this store will not make it in this struggling economy.
