When I can't find an item somewhere else, I will shop at Lynelle's, but I make sure to sterilize everything I buy from there and would never buy food there, only hard goods. The store is super dirty and I have even seen a chipmunk running around on the sales floor. I shudder to think what the kitchen must look like.

When trying to get information if they even carried a certain cake pan....the woman that answered put me on hold several times....seemed stressed because I was asking for info on a certain type of cake pan...not very informative...sighed with every question I asked which were only "3"......and then came back to the phone and said we don't have one...and then just hung up......I was so surprised!!!! I am new to Huntsville and I explained that to the salesperson when they 1st answered.....told me to hold she had messed up an order because she was"on the phone with me"......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....too bad and what a 1st impression of their business!!!...take a chill pill and go home!...;((( in Huntsville

I decorate cakes for a hobby, since I found Lynelle's, I will drive 85 miles to get my supplies.the staff is very helpful and very friendly.
