I went twice to Trio for my car repair. Tony & Will took good care of car, provided a quote and I went along with it. I was happy about my first experience. Second time, I went for Oil change & alignment check following up with my first time (they ruled out alignment issue). I had to wait at shop 2 hour 40 minutes for oil change done. I thought, I would have been told in advance about this much waiting. I am not happy with my second experience.

He sends emails, post cards reminders, he has a secratary, he researches tires on TireRack.com and presents options, and he follows my cars 'recommended service schedule' - replacing the cabin air filter, trany svs, etc. He is the closest thing you'll find to a white collar guy running a small auto shop. He makes me comfortable and in the end that's all that matters. .
