I don't understand some of the bad reviews; this place is awesome. What a pleasurable experience. Firstly, you need to know that this is a used, not a new, dealership. They are an exclusive Jeep dealer with plenty of models to choose from. Although, I did see some LandRovers and pickups on the lot. You need to know how to check over a used car or truck. Do your research. I picked out a beautifully kept 2009 Commander and Don was extremely helpful in going over the vehicle with me. In fact, he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. New brake pads, tires, and muffler were installed for me. Even a replacement oil pan was put on when I said it didn't look right. You see, they will only fixup the vehicle after you commit. Otherwise, they spend a lot on trucks that don't sell right away. I understand this way of business. The loan procedure was a little unconventional from what I am used to. (This may be the source of negativity from some.) New dealers handle the particulars for you. I had to get the loan myself, but Don was very proficient in the process and referred me to Suffolk Credit Union. There, I received an amazing rate. After getting the insurance binder from Allstate and finalizing the loan with SCU, I brought the check to Don. The Jeep was ready and waiting for me, cleaned and detailed with plates on. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The people are friendly and helpful at Auto Expo of Huntington and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. (The wife wants a Wrangler. lol) Give them chance, you'll be glad you did.

I purchased 2 weeks ago a Ford Explorer from Don he danced his way through negotiations of how he was going to change the two back tires, the oil, the breaks and other odd and ends...I pay in full and go back 2 days later for my car and nothing was done! It wasnt even clean! I took it to my mechanic muffler has a hole, breaks and roders are gone so I call and get clifford the clown who forwards me to Don, who went on vacation and wont be back till the following week but to leave him a message, I call the number clifford gives me and Clifford answers and states Don must have forwarded the calls. I State I will be returning the vehicle to them. All of a sudden I can bring the vehicle back the next morning.. They replace the muffler and front brakes but not the roders. Ok..... He never changed the tires only plugged them, the ball joints are broken the car is rusted and i call Don and tell him about the warranty he gave me and says it's only for engine and transmission! He was so rude and saying if i wanted a new car i should have brought a new car! No Don if you were selling the car,you should have held your end of the bargain by completing the work you agreed to! Your a theif and a liar and soon all those jeeps you have stock piled in that lot will not sell! You all drive the vehicles you sell for personal use. When we were there the worker came in a jeep that we had saw the previous time for sale he parked it as If it was never touched..my truck was full on gas when i saw and purchased it but it was on empty when i picked it up two days later...dirty thieves! I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau

The Best Experience I had with an automotive dealer. Cliff and Don were amazing with the whole sale process, and helped me with getting into the car I wanted with an incredible price.

I just traded in my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SL with 68k miles for a 2013 Jeep Compass Latitude with heated seats. The car is in showcase condition and everything checks out. He is also replacing the tail lamp on my car and installing a new radio for me after finding a defect with the old one.

This place has an on-site body shop and repair center for their own cars so all the cars are well taken cared of.

I saw the car I wanted on their website, but no one picked up the phone when I called. So I headed straight to the dealership in person and it was the best decision I made. I found out that they sold 3 Jeep Compass' and one was in the body shop getting touched up. I saw the car there and completed the deal and it was not even posted on their website. This place receives Jeeps on a weekly basis from other Jeep dealers & Jeep Dealer Auctions and goes out quick for them to update on their websites and all the staff are mostly with customers and moving cars around and found out why they are picking up the phone when they can. No wonder this is the #1 Used Car Jeep Dealership on Long Island. Again, I really appreciate Cliff's patience and expertise with all the craziness going on there. He is a one man army doing everything, calls, website updates and dealership management. Thank You guys again for getting me into a nice Trail rated Jeep. 😎

They are always professional. Bought my Jeep last October and fixed all the items that were needed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Stay away . After your car hits the street no more customer service. You put a deposit on a car they then check it over and finally after a week you get to test drive the car

Absolutely terrible. Dealing with this place was such a lousy experience, I would never do it again or recommend it to anyone. It's really a shame that I can't give less than one star. The salesman was rude and sarcastic, and not a pleasant person. We bought a used Grand Cherokee, and as soon as it made it home the check engine light came on. The next day the starter died. The dealer pretty much said it was our issue to fix. So, after bringing it to our mechanic, he told us that the check engine light was still on AND there was a void inspection sticker on the car. Because the check engine light was on it could not pass inspection. We brought the car back to them and they said, "yea we'll fix it and call you." OVER a week later they had not called us so we had to call them to see what was up. The car was finally ready to be picked up. When we picked it up there was garbage from McDonald's and straw rappers all over the car. When we made it home we discovered that the hood latch was broken, which it wasn't when we brought it in. This place is shady and dishonest. I would advise anyone to not go here and deal with a legitimate dealership where they're not looking to take advantage of people.

Bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee there. They say they put it on the lift and check everything out once you leave a deposit( which is weird why wasn’t this done before?) Anyway I went to pick the car up and they said everything was fine. I take it to my mechanic and he says the car should not have been sold like that. The undercarriage was completely rotted, the Front left stabilizer link is broken from bracket that is located with the front diff and it needs rear upper control arms. This is at least $1,000 worth of work. And they told me everything was fine!!!!! Both times I went to the dealer I had my infant child with me and they sold me this unsafe car!!!!!! They said they would fix what my mechanic said was wrong but I don’t even trust them to do it since they tried to get over on me the first time.

The prices on the website are not the same when you go to the shop. The warranties they sell which they said any dealership honors-the Jeep dealerships I called never heard of them.

Don and Cliff are a great bunch of guys the were a big help in getting me approved for my new 2012 Jeep Patriot .I had bad credit and they got me approved the JEEP is real great I would by again from them thanks DON

I recently purchased a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Expo and had a really good experience. I read a few not so complimentary reviews on line before going so I was a little skeptical. However it turned out to be a great experience! All the guys that work there are really nice and helpful and the price was great! I live in Connecticut and the price I paid was much less than what I could find in Connecticut for the same vehicle. I recommend checking this place out if you’re in the market for a used car. Especially a Jeep. I would shop there again.

Great place for a Jeep, A huge selection. Don, Cliff and the staff are the Best. They make a Used Jeep look brand new and the Prices are very reasonable. They were extremely nice and helpful. Years from now, i am going back.
