Jinny's Bridal Center was the only stressful part of my wedding planning. I spent well over $5000 on my dress, yet the alterations department could not get my dress to fit me. Every time I'd come in for a fitting, they hadn't done what they were supposed to do. Long story short, I had NINE fittings, yes NINE. And worst of all, during my reception, the crystals and pearls that I had them attach to my dress kept coming off. They got a very bad review just from my guests noticing pearls on the floor. I'd never recommend them to anyone.

When it came to helping me find the perfect dress, they were great. Very honest and supportive. Then when they measured me to order the dress, she sized me as a 14. I've never worn a 14 in my entire life. She said it's because European sizes run much smaller. She said, "Unless you plan on losing 2 inches in the waist, then you wear a size 14." When I got my dress it was falling down to my hips. I wanted to DIE!! They did nothing about their obvious error except gave me a phone number to their seamstress. I felt totally used. When I finally took it to my own different seamstress, she had to take my dress in TEN INCHES IN THE WAIST! It completely altered the structure of the dress and the seamstress handed me a pile of beads she had to pull off.

I went in with one expensive dress in mind that I could not really afford and I was bummed to say the least. My sales girl (Rachel) was upbeat, kind, and so, so helpful. She told me not to worry and that she would find me "the dress" within a price I could totally afford. She was quick and knew exactly what would look good on me and my body type. Have and behold, she found me an even more beautiful dress for 1/4 of the price!! This dress was very similar to the original dress I came for but had better beading and higher quality bling. Jinny ( the owner) was warm, welcoming, upbeat and helped me so very much as well. All the staff was absolutely amazing and so patient with me. I loved that I could actually see all the dresses displayed and I could feel and touch them instead of having them in bags. I am so impressed with the service and "the dress" It is breathtaking and I did not have to spend a fortune. Thank you so much Jinny's Bridal! I can see why you were voted #1...

IMy name is Shannon and I worked at Jinny's bridal over 10 years ago. The Owner is sweet and kind. The employees were great to work with and when I got married it's where I purchased my dress and where I had my veil custom made. I am so happy to hear that they are still in business especially with all the BIG name bridal store competition they have now. I think it is because although the store is small the customer service is tops and you feel like family when you leave.

First time out looking for my dress, and I found my dress at Jinny's Bridal! Several of my girlfriends recommended this shop, and now I see why! Julie was so helpful and patient with me. They have a great selection of dresses...I'll definitely be going back to get my bridesmaids dress there as well!

I recently went to this location with my sister looking for a wedding dress the girls there were very helpful . the lady helping out was very patient and helpful . they have beautiful dresses at good prices

Jinny's Bridal Center and the staff are unbelievable!!! I found Jinny's Bridal by accident on a way to a Goldenwest college. My friend and I had a few time on our hands so we dropped by. Didn't think I was able to be seen but since it was a weekday, I was able to try on 2 dresses then made an actual appointment. On the day of my appointment, my mom and 6 of my bridesmaids were present. We were helped by Marina and she allowed me to pick out all the dresses I want, along with her choices. To make a long story short, I knew the dress was "THE ONE" when everyone started to cry. It was the dress Marina picked out for me. I ended up getting a 2nd dress there since we had 2 weddings (Cali and Wisconsin). You will feel like a million bucks on the day of your wedding if you buy your dress here. One of my bridesmaid was next in line to get married and she also purchased her wedding dress there as well.

I bought my dress in May 2010. I went to pick it up a few days ago and I come to find out, I was completely mislead by the sales associate when I ordered my dress. When I brought it up to the owner, Jinny herself, her response was, "it's not our job to tell you that." I'm sorry but who's job is it then? Conveniently the sales associate no longer works there. I was never apologized to, never offered to fix my dress. Not only was completey wrong it was also too big. Another error by the sales associate. Ordering it bigger than what was needed was either an attempt to get alteration money out of me, or a measurement error on her part. I am 100% dissatisfied and not one person cares at the salon. If I culd give a negative star rating, I would. Never again will I go to Jinny's or recommend a friend which is unfortunate because they do have great prices. Too bad the sotrwe is so jam packed with sample dresses, you can barely walk through the racks. Highly dissatisfied. Very dissappointed.

I came into Jinny's bridal a few days ago in search of a perfect wedding dress. As I walked through the door, no one bothered to even look up to greet me or even a hello. Even after I wondered around the store by myself for awhile, not a single person bothered to acknowledged me whatsoever. What a big difference, compared to other bridal shops that I have been to! Everyone else was eager to help me even when I didn't have an appointment. I surely will not return to that store again.

I went to Jinny's Bridal and wasn't sure if I could find my dress with my budget. I went in the day before; I spoke with Cheri and she understood my idea of my ideal dress and knew low budget of $500. She helped me the next day and simply made me feel like a true bride-to-be! They have a selection of last season dresses/last size of the style which is marked down and I found the dress of my dreams for well under my budget. Hard to believe but true. I walked out of there on cloud 9 ~ Cheri made my day and my wedding. My family was even impressed with how amazing she was with me.......I would highly recommend coming here for dresses and definitely having Cheri help you. She even gave me tips to keep my cost down and referred someone for alterations that would do a great job and not over charge me. Jinny's Bridal and especially "Cheri" made that day wonderful! :)

Horrible service for bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dress, viel and headpiece. Great experience with my wedding gown which is the reason I went back for the other dresses. Once you buy your dress seams like they don't care. They actually sent me home with the WRONG viel !!!! You do not get anywhere on the phone, if you want answers you need to go in person to the store, total inconvenience!

Terrible customer service. Jinny is the worst of all! They treat you alright before you purchase, but don't expect any warm fuzzies after you buy your dress! I've never experienced such a lack of respect for customers as I did in this store. There are so many places to buy a dress... don't waste your time here

I ordered my bridesmaids dress, since my friend who was getting married got her dress there too and said that she had, had a great experience. However, that was not the case for me or the other 6 bridesmaids. When I was measured and told what size of dress I needed to order, I was taken back by the size, but I ordered it anyway. I figured they knew better than I did. When I went in to try on my dress, it was huge. It literally fell off me. Therefore, I had to pay additional money for the alternations. When I asked to speak to Jinny, the owner, they said she was unavailable. She was always unavailable. I went elsewhere for my alterations because dealing with Jinny's was a nightmare. They have the worst customer service ever, and the owners can care less about how the customers are treated. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND JINNY'S BRIDAL...stay away!

Very Poor Customer Service! I bought my wedding dress, 6 bridesmaid dresses, and my headpiece at Jinnys a couple months ago. The wedding dress was gorgeous (because of the designer, not the salon), and the price was reasonable. After paying in advance for alterations at Jinnys, I cancelled (understanding I would lose a little of my payment for cancelling) because the alterations woman wasn't doing a very good job. Not a big deal, I decided just to take the dress elsewhere.I went in and picked up the dress, and was told to wait 2 business days for the money to go back into my account. Well, 10 days later it wasn't in my account, so I called to check on it. Told to wait 2 days. Called back. Told I would get a call back. 2 days later, I call only to get yelled at by the male manager or owner that it's my fault cuz I stopped payment (which I never did). He yelled at me for couple minutes til I could explain he had wrong person. He was actually yelling at me! Super rude. Will fight charges

Jinny's Bridal is the BEST shop!!! I saw the shop just driving by and I stopped in after a not so good visit to one of the larger shops.( You know which one, it starts with a "D") Marina was spot on in her dress recommendations and I purchased a gown that I would never have even considered. She is an EXPERT in her field and if you want the truth from knowledge and experience go and see Marina. The service was stellar and the prices are phenomenal. I can not recommend Marina enough. She takes the time to listen to you and her eye for what fits, looks best and is most flattering is unmatched. You do not need to shop anywhere else. Marina will make you feel spectacular!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had. Jinny was rude and the alterations were WAY off. I had to go somewhere else to get my dress fixed b/c they ruined it. I would NEVER recommend this place!
