A local favorite and hot spot. This sushi restaurant is small and personal, where the staff gets to know you and you feel welcome each time you arrive. The restaurant opens at 5pm, and there is limited seating, so arrive on time! The quality of fish is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. My husband and I frequent this restaurant at least 1 time a week. We love the Mexican and Albacore rolls, but the cucumber specialty roll is growing in popularity with us! If you are a sushi lover, and you are local to HB, I strongly recommend giving Irassae a try. You will not be disappointed.
