Incompetent, not diagnosed properly,Car had to be brought back several times and they still couldnot figure out what was wrong! Steer clear if you want to waste your time, then go there!

I got an estimate for 4000 bucks from one of the big dealers. I took it to Tony Barbee and he fixed it for 320.89. I will always go back and recommend everyone else do the same. He is honest and is a Christian.

I visit MB Mercedes BMW today to get my 745li check out. I took in to get my brakes service and cd changer was broken. The cd magazine was stuck and would not come out.I took it to dealership they wanted $800.00 dollars. Tony remove it 30 seconds the service was great the best i ever had i will be back. Thanks guys.

This is a top notch shop. I purchased a per-owned SL and needed a trust worthy shop to go through this car and get the service requirements up to date . The owner Tony and his service advisors are very professional. The mechanics did a first class job. I saved at least $1,000 by using MB rather than going to a dealer.

I just wanted to say it's been a long time since I've gotten this kind of service. My mom and I drove her late husbands Mercedes SL600 V12 from Greenville, SC on Saturday to Concord, NC so she could attend a Memorial Service honoring him at Duke University on Sunday. At 4pm Saturday we were leaving the hotel to grab a bite and the car would not run. I found M B Mercedes to be the closest shop (17mi.) that would be opened on a Saturday. But I have to admit I expected a "Sorry but we're closing in 30min. line." To my surprise I spoke with Tony and told him our story. He contacted a tow truck driver that he uses and had him there in 45 min. Waited for us to get back to his shop and worked on that car until 8:30 on a Saturday night. Fixed the problem for less than $150 bucks and had us back on the road that night.Thank you Tony!!! It meant more than you know for my mom to be able to drive her husbands car to the service honoring him.We'll never forget it!!!
