General Info

Dr. Tara Moon was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree from Howard University where she graduated magna cum laude. After graduation, she chose to continue at the Howard University College of Medicine where she obtained her medical degree. Following medical school, she completed her residency training in general pediatrics at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta before relocating to the Lake Norman Area in North Carolina. Dr. Moon has a particular interest in infant care, asthma/eczema, and adolescent medicine.
