ELARA, I don't know where your going to ship your items, but its definitely not Postal Plus. There a family owned business, Honest, Reliable, and they bend over backwards to help. I have NEVER seen anyone get treated there like your describing. And the tracking number automatically prints out on your receipt, so unless you ran out without paying you would have always had it. They are real good people! One time I was $1 short overnighting a package and he said don't worry about it. no one does that anymore!

I would never recommend this place! The owner is rude to me every time I go, whenever there is a problem, he always treats it as if it were my fault and the service just gets worse from there! My first two packages (to the same address) were returned four times (collectively) because he put in the address wrong and I had to pay to ship it again each time because of a mistake HE made! He never offers me a tracking number, and when I ask if I can have one, he acts like it's the biggest chore to issue me one because he already 'processed the order'. HELLO! You're supposed to offer it regardless! It would avoid this problem!! All in all, the customer service is just awful, he is rude and not helpful. I recommend. You take your business elsewhere!
