I haven't experienced such poor costumer service and dental work in my entire life. Jackie the staff manager is extremely rude. Dr. Cerelli is completely unprofessional and cancelled on me 3 times! They ended up doing an very poor job on my dental work which I paid almost $3000 on (for a root canal, two crowns and a filling.) They're way overpriced and a simple search will help you find a much better dentist. ANY dentist would be better than them. I completely regret every coming here.

Dr. Setrag Dermendjian was our family dentist about 15 years ago. We loved him very much and miss him a lot! He is a caring person by nature and a great professional, never stops learning and mastering himself with the up-to-date technologies and methodologies. Dr. D is a perfectionist, professional, personable and takes ownership in his work. If something is not to his likening or doesn't look right, he will care for it quickly. When it comes to dental work , you get what you pay for so please don't let the price detour you from going to him (depending on what you have done). He tells it how it is and some people may not like it, however if you want your teeth done the right way and a honest DDS go to him. Dr D, performed a implant in the front of my mouth, the healing was quick & painless. The key to having great dental work done is patience. If you rush through and don't take the time and advice given to you, you may end up regretting your choice. I highly recommend him to my friends, family and anyone else looking for outstanding work.

Dr. Dermendjian is someone I could call a friend in the short time he has been taking care of me. He is very assuring and his work is excellent. When I entered his room for a simple wisdom tooth removal I was extremely nervous and scared. My blood pressure was skyrocketing and we almost had to call off the procedure for another date. His words and smile calmed me down and the surgery went well with no complications. He made sure to follow up and even gave me his phone number in the event something went wrong. Yesterday, I got another two wisdom teeth pulled and it went well with no complications. He even called me in the morning today to make sure everything was okay and that I was not in pain. Dr. Dermendjian really makes a personal connection with his patients, trying to help them as much as possible. I would trust my life to Dr. Dermenjian and he has really made a good impression on me. Dr. Dermendjian has been working with me since June '12 in replacing a bad crown with an implant. He has been extremely competent and thorough. He works hard to make sure the patient does not have a painful experience. He is extremely conscientious about have a very sterile environment. He take great pride in doing the best job possible. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs the kind of dental help that involves the bone or replacement of crowns. It is a lengthy process but his system works! Dr. Setrag Dermendjian is my dentist and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of his work, his expertise and his ability to make me feel comfortable. But most of all he is a great person who I consider a friend. I had a very intense and challenging case that needed extensive work. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process (over a year) and I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the results. He gave me my smile back along with my self confidence. The quality of work is outstanding. I had implant work from another dentist that had to be corrected along with extensive restoratiive and cosmetic work that was very time and labor intensive and Dr. Dermendjian went above and beyond so that I could have my smile back. My case could not have been handled by just any dentist. It needed the expertise and skill of a Dr. but also the artistic and thoughtful touch of an artist. I'm very thankful my path crossed with Dr. Setrag Dermendjian and highly recommend him.

Made appointments for 2 kids. One for check up; one to pull a baby tooth that wouldn't come out & have a cavity filled. They scheduled the later WEEKS EARLIER since he had issues. At Apt. they did exam/Xray & said that's it. We asked about the tooth to be pulled & cavity & the DENTIST LAUGHED sarcastiallly & said "are you kidding me, do you see how busy we are". After reminding them that is WHY we made the apt. expaining the tooth needs to come out the dentist LAUGHED again stating "I know, it does. YOU ARE AN IRESPONSIBLE PARENT FOR NOT BRINING HIM BACK EARLIER. IF THAT WERE MY KID IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF A LONG TIME AGO"!!!! What? This is a baby tooth with nothing wrong with it - A year ago it wasn't a big deal but if it doesn't come out in a few months to bring him back... NOW THE SAME DENTIST FEELS IT'S HER PLACE TO TELL US WE ARE IRRESPONSIBLE PARENTS? They ended up pulling the baby tooth but REFUSED to fill the cavity - they were "too busy"!
