This is not your ordinary lodging house.The building was just completely gutted and fully rehabbed in 2013 with every comfort and thought in mind. The rooms are small but very nice and complete with stainless steel fridge and desk. They also have a state-of-the-art security/camera system.There is a full kitchen, laundry and plenty of bathrooms.Walter (the onsite, live-in manager) was the best landlord I've had in years, very fair guy and went way beyond what he had to in making me comfortable. Bill (the owner) extended every graciousness and decency to me. The other tenants were also very kind. The ocean is 600 feet away and the views are beautiful from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.The rate for one week is equivalent to one night's stay in a hotel.They are appropriately choosy about who they accept which made me feel very safe as a single woman.It was all in all a very positive experience.
