They manage my condo in Jackson and they are horrible. They don't keep up with anything. They start a project jack fees up and take a year and half to finish because they contract the jobs within their people and then work at Sundays instead of staying on the job site for a couple weeks. When some calls to complain about the work then they send them out for a few days and then pull them off again. Staff is rude and they think they can bullying everyone. Most of the people that sit on board don't even live in the condo complex. They have meetings to hear out homeowners but always escalates to debates because they already have their mind made up. Pay ridiculous fees and don't have sprinkler system anymore. We pay so much for them to cut our dirt since that is what most of the development is. They should be planting seeds. Watch out for them they are money hungry bullies.

This property management company is perfect. They manage my condominium association in Jackson, NJ and they have always responded to me and taken care of everything I need in a timely and efficient manner.
