STAY AWAY!!! Mixed up his insulin and tried to give my husband a potential fatal dose of insulin!!!! This happened in the middle of the night, he was so shaken that he called me, and we talked off and on until I went in around 6:30 am. They never even bothered to come to his room to see how he was! Finally stopped in around 9:30, very defensive and sarcastic! We told them that we wanted out and it was up to them to get us into Caretel and to provide transportation. They did and Caretel has been great! Not as fancy (although they updating) but super staff. Wish I could give negative stars....

Zero stars from me! Customer service is rude and disorganized. They aspire so much to look like a hotel that safety is enormously lacking. It takes more than Happy Hour to provide safe, thorough patient care!

Without going into detail, I would never let my Dad stay in here again! The rehab is good but customer service lacks common sense!!!!!!!!!!!
