John greeted me as soon as I pulled into the service station. John got me checked in for an oil change quickly. The service tech noticed my axle seal was leaking and the team notified me and the repair was done the same day. I really appreciate the tech paying close attention during the multi point inspection and John calling me rapidly. Thank you for the excellent service!

Service stinks! I have purchased many vehicles from Champion only to be let down in the service dept. I trusted them and they ripped me off! I talked to the service manager and he was extremely rude to me on the phone. I am not looking for anything free, but to have to pay repeatedly for the same repair seems unreal! I would avoid this place if at all possible. Find a dealership who cares.

I bought a car from Champion Chevrolet in Howell about a month ago and I'm very pleased with my car and service I received from the staff. My Sales guy Ryan McMorris went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. I will send anyone I know who is looking a new or used car them!

I recently when to Champion Cheverolet in Howell met with the used car sales manager and a junior sales rep. We went down on a Saturday with my sons car to trade it in and buy a car they had just taken in. Well we were told that they would contact that afternoon and let us know where we stood on the car. Well no call, so I called them and was told that they were going to still find out what the best trade in they could get my son, and where we would be on the price of the car after they repaired what needed repairing. Well again no call. So I called at 1;30pm on Monday and was told that they had someone looking at the car right then that might buy it. Well I had explained to the sales manager that when we left Saturday we thought we had a gentlemens agreement to purchase the car. Well guess what? They went ahead and sold the car right out from under us. Then the top manager at Champion offered to sell my son a car they had on the lot, a Grand Prix SE that was stickered for $9900.00 for $6300.00. Well we went home and did our homework and found the same car at 3 different dealers waith the exact options and similar mileage for hundreds less than what they were doing to supposedly remedy the previous screwing they had done to us. So all I can tell anybody that is thinking of buying form Champion Cheverolet, DON'T or be very careful. Thanks for taking the time to hear my story.

Used car staff is terrible.

New cars are not much better.

Tried to test drive a new car and 4 of them would not even start!!

I would never buy a car from them!!

If they can not keep them running in the lot the service cannot be very good!!
