West Janisch healthcare Center West Janisch Healthcare Center is a 116-bed facility located in Northwest Houston off 610 Loop North. We provide full service including skilled nursing, intermediate care, therapy (inpatient and outpatient) and respite care. We provide service to Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Managed Care and Private pay patients. We strive to provide quality care regardless of payer source and we consistently involve family with the treatment and care of their loved ones.
