Provided by YP.comI agree with the previous posting. After we signed the contract they mentioned there would be a one time activation fee for each phone. But they still don't tell you the amount. We switched from our old provider to verizon because we thought we would be saving money. In reality we are all paying more now.

Provided by YP.comAggressive sales techniques constantly batter the customer to buy, regardless of your need or ability to afford product or services. This may be true of all Verizon stores, but I have caught this store telling me lies, doing double talk, and hiding true costs of product and services until they had your signature or credit card or had agreed to add costs, then you find out they did not tell you all, or just outright LIED. They seem so nice, at first, but are just battering rams of sales aggressiveness, in a relentless greed for your dollar, regardless of your need or ability to pay for the product they are pushing. The bottom line at this store is their profit and commissions, and customer service is an obstacle to their monetary goals.
