      Ron is very easy going, but don't be fooled, he will make you WORK!! and really cares about making sure you hit your goals. I recommend working with him if you want to get outside of the big gyms and work out with someone fun.

      Ron is a great trainer. He really knows what he is doing and enjoys his work. Every workout there is something different and always fun! He makes it truly easy to get fit
