I have recently moved from my Allstate agent of 22 years(he passed away) to Juan's office. The first thing Juan did was review my existing coverage, and make some suggestions. Turns out my coverage (Home and Auto) was way out of date, and through just about a 30 min phone call, we made some quick changes to ALL of my coverage to bring me up to date. Now, I have MUCH better coverage and my rates hardly changed at all.

Every time I call the office I am greeted by friendly staff who are more than helpful in answering my questions. I feel fully confident in having my insurance through Allstate with Juan Valdivieso's office. He is a great guy and great agent!‎
