Sally's Beauty Supply on Highway 259 .First I would say as I entered the store I felt welcomed its the first in a long time and I have visited this location for about 3 years and never had this vibes. The 2 young ladies that was working really to welcome each as they entered ( hand few due to covid 19) They were very help and knoweldgeable of their job. Especially as working together , while 1 was helping me with my color the other on was helping another customer pretty pleased with their customer service. The time and patience that these young ladies had specular! You just don't see teenagers/young adult with this type of work ethnics. Oh before I forget the 2 employees with 100% satisfactory were Urula and Ciara( hopefully I spelled their names correctly) I hope someone from Sally's Corporate Office will see my comment and the commend the 2 young ladies in a big way!!! Thank Sally's for hiring 2 superior employees

I love Sally's, however this specific location has terrible employees. They're all extremely rude and unprofessional and none of them seem like they know very much about the products they sell. Unfortunately this is the closest Sally's to me and I have the misfortune of having to deal with these ladies on a regular basis. Pretty much every time I have to stop by it's a negative experience because of the incompetent employees.

I have been in this store twice. Both times the women in there were nasty and condescending because they don't know the products. Do yourself a favor and drive to another Sally's

This store is near my home so I go to the store for convenience; however, the customer service is lacking. Very slow with checking you out and one particular employee is very rude and ignores you. I walked out today and went further down the street to a local beauty store. There are local beauty supply stores that are a little farther; but I get great customer service, so I'll rather buy from a company that appreciates the customer.
