- Manipulation TherapyMy name is Vicente Silva I am a national certified and state licensed Athletic Trainer. I am originally from Chile, but I came to Houston in 2011. I received my prerequisites at Lonestar Montgomery College and then transferred to Sam Houston State University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2018. While in the Athletic Training program at Sam Houston I was able to participate in a variety of clinical settings. Some of them included Sam Houston’s football and softball teams, The Woodlands High school sports programs, Memorial Hermann, and Houston Methodist Physical Therapy Clinics. - Spinal DecompressionSpinal decompression involves stretching the spine while using a traction table. The goal is to relieve back pain and/or leg pain. Our chiropractor also works to promote an optimal healing environment for bulging, degenerated, or herniated discs.
- Therapeutic ExerciseThe effectiveness of this treatment protocol depends on the patient’s commitment to their therapeutic exercises and following the doctor’s recommendations both in the clinic and at home. Chiropractic adjustments have plenty of benefits, but appropriate rehabilitation is essential for long-term positive outcomes. Think of rehab as the “glue” keeping things from falling apart.
