Overall I was not very happy with the service received from such a company with great reviews. Starting with no communication from the supervisor either the day before or the day of the job. I woke up to see several trucks none of them had any kind of signs on them parked in front of my house not one person bothered to come and knock or identify themselves and the Brinkmann roofing crew. I knew my job would start that day but still expected better from a well known company. After about 45 mins of being outside a guy came to my front door and as I answered started to walk away from me no handshake no good morning nothing. All I got was " we will be starting your roof we need to finish today so we are starting now" He was annoyed when I asked a few general questions about the job in general and when asked about noticing they seemed short on materials.
Around noon I finally got a call from the supervisor telling me he would be there around 2:30pm ( a whole 7 hours after the start of the job) while he was gone I had to stay on top of the crew and had to ask them to replace a piece of decking around my chimney that was clearly leaking and had water stains. Had I not said something about this they were going to leave it there, the guy in charge of the crew was annoyed that I asked them to remove the decking. They did replace a few others areas with no problem up to the standard two sheets of decking.
From here on out it was smooth sailing as they placed the new shingles on the roof they did move fast and it does look good. However when they finished it seems they left in a hurry as i was not home when they finished, but there were nails every where a few pieces of trash scattered over the yard. I picked up 27 nails alone from my driveway. They were supposed to run a magnet over the property but obviously did not.
This job was finished on a Thursday, had our walk through Friday afternoon and found a few issues with the roof. The supervisor told me he would send someone out on Monday to fix the issues. Here we are on Wednesday and still no repairs have been made or not a single phone call has been made to me to tell if and or when someone would come to fix the issues. I truly expected better from Brinkmann I had quotes for less from other contractors who came highly recommended from others who were happy with their work. But chose brinkmann to avoid issues like this and have someone stand behind their work so far I have not been pleased with them. For far less money I could have gotten the same or better service with someone else.
The one good thing I can say about them is before the job it took awhile for me to get my finances available to pay for the job they did stand by as I shuffled things on my end. I am thankful for that but overall I would say it was just a mediocre job from an overrated company
Brinkmann Roofing was recommended to me by my best friends, and they use only the best contractors. So I arranged for Brinkmann to replace my roof, damaged in a hail storm in the Cinco Ranch area. They were responsive, professional, and even helped me find a great painter to repair the rest of the damage.
I called this Company to make an appointment to inspect/repair a roof leak. Despite several assurances that they would call me within 24 hours, they never called to inspect or quote the job.
Had to have some old damage repaired and roof replaced from Hurricane Ike. Was able to hold off on it for several years. This company was fantastic to work with. They came back out after the job was complete and inspected the work by the crew, and even corrected some minor mistakes they found themselves. Very honest and good work. I will definitely use them again if needed.

My neighbor and I both replaced our roofs at the same time and both used Brinkmann Roofing. Times are tough, and I know they did us right. We were very happy with the results and the cew. We would recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing. They also did some siding replacement for us as well. Very good job.
I received three bids for my roof job. One was way over priced, the other I worried about because they were too cheap. Brinkmann Roofing was right in the middle, and I felt most comfortable with their company and sales rep. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They did a very good job.
We had Brinkmann replace our 20 year old roof recently, and were very pleased with not only the work, but also the follow through. They left the yard clean, and finished our job in two days. We highly recommend this comany to anyone needing roofing work.
They offer free estimate but when asked about coming out to give estimate after knowing that our insurance company has given money for repair only at this time. I was told 2-3 months before I would receive a call to schedule.
We offer free estimates to all our customers. At the time of this potential customers request for services we were close to 25,000 calls behind due to Hurricane Ike. We hated to pass on an opportunity but felt the consumer could receive quicker service elsewhere and communicated our backlog. When a major storm event happens our previous and current customers receive priority service. Sorry we missed your opportunity. Jason Brinkmann
