One Step is strictly professional. They are not there to coddle or befriend. In fact in the many tests I've gone in for, I don't recall seeing any social chatter amongst any of the office staff; they are either checking someone in or out, filing, copying scheduling, answering phones. answering patients questions or listening ,all in a professional manner. Any request for reports I would call in for were ready when I got there; if I requested for copies of previous test when I arrived for an appointment they were ready when my testing was complete.Bravo to a highly efficient reliable and experienced front office staff!
In order to give them a high rating which they fully deserve and should get credit for, I did not include the poor rating for the testing staff . I will at a later time do a review for them.
