This was the worst salon experience I have had other than when I used to go to supercuts as a teenager! All those 5 star reviews are old. I wish I would have researched it more before letting Naomi butcher my hair!!!

My appointment was for touch up highlights and haircut. She dyed my roots w a single color. I would have stopped her but I thought she was doing a double process, since my appointment was for highlights! I told her I just wanted it to blend and I liked the lighter reddish highlights, and even a little lighter would be ok. Now I have this aweful grandma looking red hair that makes me look washed out without makeup.

When I asked her why she wasn't doing the highlights after she washed my hair, she was like 'oh I thought we were just doing a single color touch up.' I was so upset I couldn't even talk and all she could say was 'your roots were only 1 inch, and I need 2 inches to do highlights'. That is the biggest bunch of bs!!! I hadn't colored my hair on over 3 months because I found out I was pregnant and wanted to wait til my second trimester. I have never in my life heard a stylist tell me that! Especially w 3 months of growth. And being on prenatals, my hair is growing fast.

I made the mistake of letting her do my trim after that. I had long blended layers, now I have these strange choppy layers that makes me look like a poodle if I try to wear my hair curly! I have never had a a stylist mess up a basic trim soooooo bad!!! All she had to do was follow the layers I already had and just clean them up!

Naomi did not ask enough questions, honestly it seems like she hates her job, and it shows in your hair!

I was so disgusted by the color, I didn't let her finish drying my hair. And she made no effort to try and fix what she did or offer a solution to make me happy. Like she didn't really care, if she just doesn't like to open her mouth and speak. This woman is in the wrong career!

If u want someone to not listen to you, and not care about what they do to your hair, and could care less if u r happy, then this is the place for you!!! Now I have to spend more money fixing what she did to my hair!!

I regret seeing that coupon on living social!!!!!! Do not make the same mistake I did!

I had a living social. I used it 3 wks ago...the color job was "ok", the cut is HORRIBLE. Naomi did NOT LISTEN to what I said at all. She took thinning shears to my long curls and hacked them to shreds. I am dreading how much I am about to have to get cut to repair it. I haven't even been able to wear my hair down because she damaged it so badly.
