The young guy there pretended to not understand English n I told him repeatedly to not file my nails or give them a new shape. I only wanted a refill. He didn't listen n only file my nails n gave me a new shape n didn't even file the refill to the same level. Horrible experience. If u go there make sure they understand what u tell them n if u start seeing that they aren't don't be afraid to make them stop. It's what I should have done. I should have stop n walk out.
