AW Appliance runs a good business. I'm very satisfied with them, my dryer went out. I called them on a tuesday and they came out on a wednesday after i got off work. I almost missed their call if i missed the call they would have to reschedule me for the following day. It took less then 30 mins for the repair man to fix my dryer. Since then its still working going on a year now.I would recommend this company to anyone. They have a fair price and service charge was only $40. Thanks Airline Appliance.

The most HORRIBLE service I've received. I was stood up for my first appointment on a Friday, after taking an afternoon off from work to meet the repairman. No one called about this, I had to call them, only to be told it would have to be the next day. The next the repairman showed up completely unprepared to fix my air conditioner window units. He took one back to the shop to repair with the promise to fix the second when he came back. Five hours without ac later, he returns, installs the repaired unit and tells me that he will come back at 5:30 to fix the second on Monday. Monday no one showed up and no one called nor did anyone call me Tuesday. When i called them Wednesday I was informed that the part had to be ordered, which happens, but a complete failure to contact the customer is a choice. It's now the following Wednesday and they still haven't fixed or replaced the second unit. I was lied to, stood up, and ignored by this company. Do NOT USE THEM.

Great service; fast and dependable. On a Saturday within three hours of calling for service, they had my 20 year old Kenmore Laundry Center dryer up and running. The Tech troubleshot and repaired the dryer in 20 minutes at a reasonable rare. I highly recommend. First service call on this unit to was also to this company several years ago. I dont remember much able the visit, but I kept the business card taped to the unitGlad I did
