Beware of the unkindness of the receptionist. She'll cut you off as if you are a piece of dirt. It happened to me repeatedly. For the rest of the day I'm left with low self-esteem and always fearful of making the phone call to the office. I feel as a client I should call when I feel a concern that should be addressed. But, with her cold reception, I'm left feeling very low about myself for the rest of the day, and makes me feel I should've never have become their client. I wish they should talk some spiritual sense into her. She would make better debt collector with her cold reception personality.
I am still not done with my settlement process which I started in October 2013! Although it has nearly been a year I can't complain about the offer which was made. WAY more than I expected. The only negative comment I have about this lawfirm is the receptionist. She is extremely rude and impatient. I made calls on numerous occasions in an effort to obtain more information on the progress of my case, and EVERY TIME she was rude, cold, and short. She really makes you NOT want to do business with the lawfirm. As a client, I feel that I have the liberty of using the resources provided to me for obtaining information. I never really got any update on my case or any information on the progress of it. Overall, I like the work these lawyers do, the only thing bringing them down is that moody receptionist.
