Hoffman Middle School is a coeducational institution that provides academic instruction to students in grades seven and eight. The school organizes a range of sports programs, such as football, basketball, track and field, soccer, tennis, volleyball and cross country. It has a staff of counselors that provide individual and small group counseling services to identify student s special needs. The school teaches various academic subjects, including English as a Second Language, math, science, social studies, health and physical education.
