      Not always the best - Not always the worst

      While mother nature can reek havoc on plans, it would be nice if FedEx would show some sign of care for the fact that they are already one day late on a three day delivery. It is Saturday and the FedEx response is simply that they don't have a full staff out there working and that package is in the middle of some container, and perhaps Monday.



      Not looking for a miracle just some care. I asked yesterday for a hold-on-dock so that once it made into Houston I could come get the package at it's first stop, and still no real care from FedEx. Package has been in Houston for 12 hours or more, but FedEx can't make it available to me.



      I can't say that UPS would be any better, but one would like to think that FedEx hasn't just set the benchmark at being as good as UPS.

      FedEx SUCKS! Go UPS

      FedEx never delivers my packages on time! Loose them half the time. And send them back to California the other half!

      Go with UPS. Always on time. Never a Problem.
