Great Experience! From informative and accurate information on my first phone call, to on-time arrival, and a clean, completed job on schedule and for the amount quoted on the phone. I had called several other companies regarding duct cleaning services, most with much lower prices, but they did not sound "right". Plus, not only did my a/c man recommend Duct Doctor, but a neighbor down the street did the same. All-in-all my family and I are more than pleased with the service.

I was reluctant to do this, returning to Houston and moving into an older home, stuff. We settled with use because of our family. A/C would not shutoff and weak air flow with home having an over abundant equipment. Estimate was higher than others, but confidence seem to be coming from other sources carpet and floor companies to a/c repair. July in Houston, these guys did the job. It was not the worst they've seen, but it was bad. Plus, they found and fixed two ducts not attached to the room register running in attic space. And, our main unit leaking from after coils into the attic space from many hopeless patch repairs. From project side, estimating, arriving, doing, achieving, cleaning, and exiting; they got paid. Fifteen minutes after they finish house shutdown at 74 degrees, unable to achieve this for past 30 hours to get below 78 degrees. Our investment and test will be rewarded with clean home and lower utilities to pay.
