Eric Villatoro was the tech who was sent to my home for pest control. Eric listened to my concerns. He was attentive and kind. I explained my main problem was the snails and Alphids in my gardens and container gardens. Of course he did all the regular pest control and he sprayed by all my plants for the Alphids and put out some snail bait. I sure do hope this works! The snails are so bad and when it rains I feel like I’m walking through a snail land mine in my backyard. I can’t step on them and kill them, my heart won’t let me. I wish I could! It’s so annoying! So yes, Eric was awesome and it would be even more awesome if Eric was the tech who comes to my home each time service is due. He understands my problems and concerns and it gets very frustrating explaining that to a different person each time. Eric V. gets 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

May increase Aptive score to 5 stars, but I have been with them less than a month. We had a contract with them a couple years ago, and I stopped because I didn't think I needed the quarterly service. Well, the roaches gradually started appearing, and I was having my former exterminator come again and again, and the spray was leaving that awful smell. So I decided to try going back to Aptive. In spite of the fact that we have a huge tropical storm start that night, the roaches decreased. Then after a few days they increased some, probably because the storm washed away some of the outside treatment. They came right out and repeated the outdoor treatment at no cost. I love that most of the time they only need to treat outdoors, not indoors. I love that on my first treatment, they agreed to treat indoors at no extra cost and it left no smell at all. So far I'm very pleased and happy with Aptive. The service people are all positive and agreeable. Excellent!

Jerrod was extremely professional and helpful with all my questions. This is the first time I have ever had a pest control service. I am recently divorced and my husband took care of this. No matter how silly I felt my questions were, Jerrod assured me they were important. He was patient and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before he left. Since I am now on my own, after 25 years of marriage, I have been has forced to inquire with several new services/companies. I can definitely say that Jerrod and the Aptive representative that sold me the service made my experience much more pleasant than some of the other staff/services I have encountered. Thank you for hiring a staff that cares about its customers.

Gonzalo came on 3/3 to preform a quarterly service. He was very polite and understanding about the kids. My little toddler kept following him around and he had no problem. Highly recommend Aptive!!!

He specified the types of treatments he did and also offered to spray inside the house. I asked him to spray inside the garage and he kindly obliged even though it took him some extra time. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the service I have received from this company and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We had our first service with Active and the man who came was wonderful. I was so impressed with Alex G who came to do our yard. He was so polite and explained thoroughly just what he was going to be doing. He even asked if we had any vegetables growing in the yard and the product he was going to use would kill them and he would be sure not to put them in that area. Very thoughtful!!! Plus we have dogs and he made sure the gate to the backyard was secured and I really appreciate that. I think we will be very happy with this company.
