AirCon Service Company

I highly recommend AIRCON if you need heating or cooling system replacement or routine maintenance. Today, one of their service technicians came out and performed the annual checkup of my heating system. David took the time to explain everything that he testing, and answered a couple questions I had on the overall system. Very Professional, great and easy communication when making appointments. Highly Recommend!

The service from Aircon Appliance is always first rate. Yesterday was no exception. After my quick phone call, Walter was sent to diagnose and correct the heater problem. Walter quickly found and corrected the problem. As usual he was courteous and efficient. Thank you.

We received emergency service to replace a capacitor. At that time we realized we should become Service Partners with AirCon. The technician was very thorough on the first visit, explaining what was needed, and the fact that our coolant pressure was low. We received a substantial discount by becoming partners on this service and for the coolant. On a subsequent follow-up visit, Will made sure our entire cooling system was operating within specs. He is always courteous and explains all the options available for service or repairs. We are very happy with the overall level of service and we are confident they will respond quickly if we need another emergency repair (one of our systems is 14 years old, but still going strong).

Theoriginal Tech was ill and unable to come, so AirCon sent Patrick. As always AirCon called with the updated information and expected time of arrival. Great service always. I highly suggest getting the yearly AC service contract. Thanks!

Had a new unit installed. Crew arrived early and worked until complete. Polite crew that offered to answer any questions I had.

When our Air Conditioner overflowed the drain pan, AirCon sent Will Tran out. He wrote up a proposal to address the problem and we were on board. Anthony then came out and installed it per the proposal. When it didn't quite do the job, Will was right back out there to do whatever it took to make sure the problem would never happen again. It took a few more hours and several more parts, but they stuck with their original quote. Will even said that if we had any more problems over the weekend, to call AirCon and he'd personally be right back out. These guys make sure that you are happy and the job is done right. I wouldn't call anybody else. .

This visit was an annual evaluation of our 2 AC systems (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). Arrived ahead of time. Very cordial and professional. Thoroughly checked indoor (attic) and outdoor (back yard) units. Found 3 small problems; fixed all 3. All work was covered under our annual service contract. Was careful to not leave debris anywhere. The first time I called Aircon they were so friendly and helpful. I thought maybe I just caught them on a good day. But the technician who showed up (on a Saturday) was just wonderful -- so professional and likeable. Then when I called them to fix my old heater again, they were very willing to do it but gave me such a good deal on a new one I could not turn it down. I have never seen a service company with such good people. I am certain that part of their screening process is to make sure technicians can really help the customers and care if they are getting the help they need. I will be a customer for life and anyone who cares to listen to me I'll tell them the same thing.

Walter arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I will use AirCon again for all of my cooling and heating needs.

Aircon sent a team of three (Chad, Darrell and Anthony) to my home to provide a complete system installation. They were very effective in working as a team. They knew what their roles were so no time was wasted. Chad and Darrell worked together removing the old equipment from the attic and installing the new. All of my questions/concerns were addressed and they were very polite and professional. Very hard and dedicated workers. Left a clean area inside and outside my home. Chad showed me how to work the new thermostat and was very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service I received and my new system. I would highly recommend this company and the team sent to me.

Will worked very hard on my ac. getting the annual checkup that was needed. He answered all my questions professional and made sure the outside system was clean of any trash that was in it all year and that it was working okay. I have never experienced a technician like Will before, I would like Will to do all my ac service at my home please, He is awesome and did a GREAT job!
