Robert Cuccia is a great family attorney with many years of practice under his belt. He represented me years ago in a family court case and I was very happy with the outcome. He knows his stuff! Great staff.

Beware..this man collected thousands of dollars from me while i was living out of state. It was a retainer fee for his services. The custody case was dropped within 6 weeks, no court appeareances, two phone calls, and he never responded to my emails!! I was avoided for over a year! I was told he was on vacation, unavailble, in court, etc but would get back to me.He never did. I finally walked into his office over a year later while i was visiting the state and took him by suprise. He didnt even know who i was- and frankly did not care. A few thousand dollars may not be much to him, but it is to me. I kindly asked him just to simply bill me for his services so I could see where my money had been spent. He again promised to have it in the mail to me and GUESS WHAT? it never came. I filed a complaint to the state bar. This man is unprofressional and dishonest. He collects $ without providing adequate services. I think because i was out of state he assumed it wouldnt matter= BEWARE!!!
