Absolutely awful experience here. I am an injured veteran of the Second Iraq War. I served in the 25th Infantry Division as an 11B in a Stryker Brigade and was injured in my 2nd deployment. I recently came to the range after hearing about it on the news. Another customer (I assume it was just a customer) made a comment about all Muslims being terrorists while I was checking in. I made a comment about not all Muslims being terrorists and it's just the bad ones; after which I was given my ID back and told they don't want my business. No discussion, no asking anything else.

It's a shame to fight for your country, then be treated this way at home by supposed "supporters" of the Constitution and the troops. I will be alerting all my veteran friends to avoid this place.

Great place. Great people. i love all that Jan stands for. Jan is a true American with the courage to be free and help others in the process.

I took my whole family to get some basic training in self defense. Wow nice experience. Very knowledgeable

staff. We had a good time and learned alot.

The Gun Cave is the place to go in Hot Springs Ar.
Jan runs an organized and safe place to shoot, she is also an excellent teacher if you need a little coaching. We love you Jan and all that you do!!!!!!!

I joined the Gun Cave last week & IT WAS AWESOME! The range is top-notch & the simulator is out of this world! The owners are very knowledgeable & are super nice folks to boot! You will LOVE this range!

i am new to gun ownership and shooting. As a gun shot victim I'm a little late to the game. Jan and her husband Bob helped me over my fears and I am on my way to being a top notch marksman. I go to the range often and Jan is there to assist me whenever I feel uncomfortable. I recommend this as a family recreation. The simulator machine is awesome and kids will love it. Was in the Hot Springs area. Went to this range, and it was excellent. Great atmosphere, friendly and hard working staff who went out of there way to help out, considering how busy it was. Would highly recommend this place.

the best place to shoot , great instruction and weapon facilities. both of my daughters learned t shoot here
