I have been with them for over 5 years. The girls in the office seemed nice. I have 2 storage units, and my monthly bills exceeds $200. I run a business and need access 24 hours a day. Last month, they mistakenly locked (one of their red locks) one of my units. This was on a Friday, and I had orders to go out that day. Nobody would answer their phone, or, emergency phone. This cost me a $1500 order that was cancelled, and made my business look stupid. My bill was paid several days before, and they locked me out for no reason. The lock was put on 2 days after I paid my bill. I have never been locked out, and I will not put up with stupidity. I am moving from this business, and they wish they could steal all of my stuff I am sure. What a rip off and lack of loyalty to those who have stood with them faithfully for over 5 years. I am so disappointed with them. Good business is hard to find, and the people who run them is even harder. I didnt get any im sorry's, or, anything. Just a RIPOFF.
