I had been a long time customer of this restaurant until just recently. I had heard other people complain that the food wasn't as good as it once was but I went back anyway. The quality of the food has gone down, the meat was dry, overcooked, and the amount of extras was substantially less. The woman working with me was rude to me and I noticed her being rude to others. Time to find another Chinese restaurant.

Hunan Palace is recommend by all of my Asian friends. I have tried other buffets in town, and they just do not compare. Always a great meal!

This was my first time to pick up an order. In the 60 seconds I was actually there, the manager exploded on one of her employees in front of me and all the customers!!! Awkward. I cant imagine actually sitting down for lunch
