When your in a situation that requires calling for a tow truck you are already in a bad mood but when I called this company for start to end I received nothing but excellent service and kindness! Worst tow company in Hot Springs. They simply wanted money from Geico and was willing to leave me stranded at the mechanic rather than go 1 mile from the bypass and 1 return. The owner David claimed that it was due to the cost of diesel. I stated I would have gladly paid and he was nice but admit that no special circumstances exist. This was my second electronic problem and the last time I'll ever use them!
