Shoney's is an asset to Hopkinsville. I like their hospitality and of course the good food. My server tonight was Pam and I believe the night manager was Ron. I stop at Shoneys probably 3 or 4 times a week both day and late evenings. Only request or suggestion is they need to watch the coffee time. Most of the time coffee is great but a few times it was way to old. But then the next cup would be from new pot and all is forgiven. I am a retired plant manager and enjoy watching a crew trying to work together with the supervisor or managers. I guess old habits are hard to break.
