My 1 year old and 3 year old started December 2 and was un enrolled today after my children came home with several unexplained scratches and bruises on different occasions. The one that concerned me the most was lash mark bruises down the backs of his thighs. I asked them the following Monday when they returned no one said they knew. That same day I got a visit from a cps worker stating they filed a report with them. I was pretty upset they tried turning it around onto me. I looked on dept. Of social services page at their licensing information and saw they had a similar complaint December 7. I called their licensing inspector and explained what all was happening. He visited the center a few hours after we spoke. Then I got a call from director or owner saying she did not want my children attending anymore. Which did not bother me bc I was already filling out paperwork work for a new center. I asked her could I have their physicals she said she had to keep for 5 years. Called another center they informed me that they could provide me a copy of the physical though. So I called back and the director said " Yes I could give you a copy but I am not its my prerogative " To me she is rude and has something to hide. Upon picking up my children today my daughter was bit on the face and had another scrape on her chin. Thank god my babies will now be safe at a new center.
