      The Frederick Firm is a different firm in many ways. One of the Firm's Founding partners, Mr. Frederick, has long believed that fees for legal services have been too high, to cover high overhead costs and unnecessary and expensive baggage carried by many larger firms, and that law firms in general operated inside the same box and did not explore alternative and much less expensive ways to practice law, including their seeming inability to actually use available technology day-to-day to reduce expenses and costs to their clients. Our firm does just the opposite with our dedication to representing management in labor and employment litigation and businesses in commercial litigation. We believe in providing the best legal services without breaking our clients' bank accounts. We offer our services at hourly rates lower than those billed by larger firms for attorneys of comparable or less experience, and we do not bill for the countless expenses usually tacked on to others' already exorbitant legal fees.
