We have been in the process of ordering blinds and getting them installed for nearly 3 months now- something that should only take a couple weeks. After placing our initial order wrong, the blinds we finally received were too short. We were told they were ordered correctly, now after 2 weeks with no word we call to find that they haven't been ordered. And nobody can give us any information because there is only one woman who works in the blinds department and she works part time. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed and will not use Lowes again.
I am very displeased with the service. After ordering an appliance, they did not get it here when they promised, having delayed several times, and now have it at the store but will not deliver for 4 more days. Order things you depend on like appliances at your own risk.
Went into store on 6/26/2013 to order new counter tops. Two separate guys have been out to measure. Still waiting on estimate. Horrible service.
I purchased approx 4k worth of appliances from this Lowes just over 2 weeks ago. The items they (Lowes) were not responsible for delivering have arrive and been installed by a most competent and pleasant contractor. Oddly enough the one item Lowes was responsible for I cannot seem to get. I've called/spoken to 3 people thus far and the only one that was not rude, incompetent and almost impossible to deal with was a manager. Lesson learned on buying anything that requires Lowes delivery.
