I come to Honolulu once or twice a year and ALWAYS stop at Pzazz to get high end clothing at reasonable prices. Great brand names, with everything in fine condition is what brings me back time and time again. Judy, the owner and her staff are very helpful and really nice to work with. A wonderful experience

I've wanted to shop this well-known consignment shop for awhile, but I was mistreated almost immediately after entering the store. I must assume that it is because of the way I was dressed that day. Yes, I was made to feel completely unwelcomed, although I had every intention of having a great treasure-hunting experience there. Moreover, I overheard the owner talking very badly about other shops in the area, with her customers. I left thinking that these were very rude & crude people there, no class at all. This was a disheartening feeling. Frankly, I think other customers there felt the same way that day. I am surprised that they are in business at all.
