Located at the end of an unappealing industrial-warehouse street, everything magically changes once your inside this beautiful restaurant with its panoramic view of Waikiki and Diamond Head. French-trained Chef Jean-Pierre Maharibatcha brings his Vietnamese, French and Indian heritage to bear on fresh, locally caught opakapaka, mahi mahi or other seafood. Start with a King crab cocktail or crab cakes and then consider the onaga Oriental-style or one of the lobsters from the restaurant streams prepared thermidor-style.

I really enjoyed John Dominis. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. And the best part is the view! They have these huge windows in the dining room overlooking the ocean and as the sun sets it's simply amazing.
