Pioneer Construction Co., Inc. was founded in 1996 as a Pennsylvania Corporation. It is privately held and owned by Mr. Michael Cavage. The main office is located in Honesdale, PA with two shop locations strategically located to provide the best service. We perform work in and out of state. With necessary personnel, equipment and expertise we can handle a broad range of projects: small-scale demolition projects to multi-million dollar sewage treatment plant renovations, underground utilities, and civil work.
